Online Sales Policy
Return Policy: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return authorization number within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase. All returned purchases will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to be deducted from your final refund amount.
If your order is a special cut or is scheduled to come in on a future shipment, you will be responsible for the restocking fee even if your order has not shipped.
All items must be returned in the original condition they were received. A returned garment must be unworn, have all original tags attached, and be returned in the provided bag; free of makeup, stains, deodorant, odors (ex. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.), alterations, or other damages. After an inspection of the garment, if the item is returned with one of the above stated problems, you will be charged the entire cost of the returned item.
Returns and Exchanges:
You must request a return authorization number from us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once we receive your return and the garment inspection is complete it can take up to 3 business days to process your refund on the returned item.

3) Pack your order back in the box with all the original tags attached, and ship it back to us using UPS or FedEx. We do not accept shipments from the Post Office (USPS)
