Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange your order within 48 hours less a 25% restocking fee.
- If your item is being made, or is scheduled to come in on a future shipment, you will be responsible for the restocking fee even if your order has not shipped. - Any returns must be unworn, have all original tags attached, and be returned with the bag; free of makeup, stains, deodorant, odors (ex. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.), alterations, or other damages. - If an item is returned with one of these problems, you will be charged the entire cost of the item.

Are these dresses "true to size?"
They are true to the size chart listed on each item. Every manufacturer uses different sizing so you need to look at the size chart to determine your size.

Will I need alterations?
Probably. When you receive your dress, it will probably will need to be tailored by a seamstress or alterations person in your local area. They will need to see you in the dress in order to get the proper fit.

Do you have a store?
Yes, our retail store location is at 281 W. Old Andrew Johnson HWY, Jefferson City, Tennessee 37760, which is also where we ship out our items across the United States, and Internationally.

Do you have a catalog?
No, everything we carry is listed here online.

Can you make a dress in a color not listed?
No, the manufacturers set the colors before the season starts.

I sent you an email but have not heard back, why?
All of our emails are logged into a system in a way that every question is answered. If you have not received a response within 24 hours, your email provider may have accidentally sent our response to your spam/junk folder, OR, you did not enter your email address correctly when sending in your question. You can always call us Toll Free if email is not satisfactory!

How long does it take to get a dress?
Most orders ship out in 1-7 days. If you have ordered a popular size or color that it not immediately available, we will try and fill your order by your Wear Date.

Are these dresses knock offs?
FX Prom only sells 100% authentic dresses with all manufacturer labels attached and sewn in.

International - Outside of the United States
Payment - We only accept PayPal, but do not worry, if you do not have a PayPal account you can set one up when you pay for your order! Shipping takes about 10 days from your orders ship date.

Can you send me a color swatch?
No, we do not have color swatches available to send out.

How do I get the wrinkles out of my dress?
Your dress will probably have wrinkles when you receive your order. We ship all our items in boxes, and although we take care to package your dress so it is not damaged during shipping, a side effect is that you will have wrinkles. Not to worry! Most gowns can be steamed out by a professional, and most alterations places can steam your gown after altering it to fit you perfectly.

I got an email saying my order is not available by my wear date. What does that mean?
Sometimes, a dress in a certain color and size might not be available by your wear date. This happens because every dress we sell is made by hand overseas. Because production times are long, there are times of the year when customer demand outweighs the supply. Although the dress you have picked is coming in on a future shipment, it will not arrive before the wear date you selected at checkout. When this happens, we will notify you and give you the following options:
- A size up or down in the color you selected
- A different color in the size you selected
- or we can check on your 2nd, 3rd, etc, choices that can be delivered before your wear date
-- If this happens, your order will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged. If you wish to change your wear date, you can do so from your order status page.

Another store told me a dress was sold out and there were no more, can you help?
We might be able to! Call us and ask to check availability on all your hard to find styles.


How do I return or exchange my order?
1) Click here to print out a return label
2) Call 877-475-7766 and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA)
3) Pack your order back in the box with all the original tags attached, and ship it back to us using UPS or FedEx. We do not accept shipments from the Post Office (USPS)

Privacy Policy: We do not, and will never, share any of the information you give us with third parties, unless it is required to process your order (like to give your address to UPS to deliver your order). Other than that, you can rest assured we will not share your information with anyone. When you connect to us through Facebook, our system automatically makes an account for you on our site. In doing so, it will grab your name, email address, and other information to put on your account so if you choose to place an order, some or most of the order form fields will be pre-filled out! All of your information is secured with industry standard SSL, and we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
